Memberships

Overview

If you organisation charges people to be a member every year. This is where you define the membership. To link a person to a membership use Member

General Tab

• Search Code
• Status is the action button to change status and options available will depend on information in the form and the users rights
• Date or Cost Mode is how the invoices are calculated
  • From pay date is from initial payment date
  • From Start Date
  • Pro-rata Quarterly
  • Pro-rata Monthly
• Start Date
• Duration(days) is the number of days the membership lasts
• Person or Company is the type of debtor that can purchase the membership
• Full price is the normal full price
• Client is the Creditor Maintenance or supplier of the membership
• GL account is the account that is impacted when these are sold

  Shows a list of organisations that have this membership

  Journals Tab

  Shows all journals that refer tho this membership
